A leading trade publisher based in London is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to work for their educational division. The purpose of the role is take responsibility for delivering successful marketing for the Language divisions across trade marketing, direct marketing and institutional marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing marketing plan on time and within budget
• Producing marketing materials targeting audiences with relevant messages including POS
• Support the sales department selling into the trade accounts with marketing plan presentations and proposals
• Digital marketing – implementing best practise in digital marketing across Search, SEM, email campaigns
• Branding – working closely with editorial and sales on brand development
• Suppliers – to work effectively with freelance marketers, designers and mailing houses
• Marketing & PR – to ensure that PR activity is integral to each campaign and to help manage the external PR Agency alongside the marketing manager
• Communication – to ensure all stakeholders across the division are aware in advance of any activities taking place
• Measure and report upon campaign performance.
The successful candidate will have solid marketing experience preferably within the Trade Education market. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships. You will also be able to deliver quality work to time and budget and be able to use initiative to develop new ideas and solve problems.
