They publish a broad range of titles from student textbooks to subscription products and have stylish offices in London. They are seeking a new Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team.

As Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication activities to maximise sales and contribute to the ongoing success and profitability of the company. Key responsibilities would include; developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns ensuring they adhere to schedule and budget, monitoring the progress of campaigns and analysing return on investment, reviewing the marketing mix for products ensuring appropriate and cost effective methods are employed, ensuring web and digital marketing methods are fully explored and exploited, supporting the sales process and liaising closely with internal and external sales and customer service teams as well as representing the company at relevant conferences and events and maintaining a good understanding of the market and customer base.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within marketing in a publishing environment with experience of contributing to or planning and implementing campaigns according to designated schedules and budgets. You will have great analytical skills and the ability to monitor and evaluate the success of marketing activities with first class communication and organisational skills as you would be handling multiple projects. You must have great attention to detail and copywriting skills with an understanding of the sales process too.
