Available to cover a 6 month maternity contract? A leading academic publisher, Oxford based, is looking for an experienced marketer to fill this List Marketing Manager fixed term contract. This could also be suitable for candidates with experience at Senior Marketing Executive level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing of new and backlist titles with the aim of increasing revenue, securing adoptions and developing the scope and profile of their lists within the market sector. Lists will include text books, reference books, trade books and faculty titles. You will also play an integral role in market planning for the subject lists and will collaborate globally with marketing colleagues. The ideal candidate will have marketing and publishing experience, previous campaign management experience, a high level of verbal and written communications skills and excellent IT skills. Experience of the higher education market will be an advantage.
