This is a great opportunity to join a leading educational publisher as a Marketing Manager to work on two of their highly successful Secondary school lists, Science and Maths, based in central London, on a permanent basis, to start asap.

Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, as Marketing Manager you will be responsible for strategy and campaign delivery on the leading Science and Maths lists, ensuring that they meet targets.
Key responsibilities will include; liaising with the Head of Marketing to define strategic marketing plans, delivering complete marketing plans according to schedule and budget, liaising with sales to ensure integration of plans as well as digital colleagues to ensure digital is fully integrated into all campaigns, producing creative marketing materials which deliver messages with accuracy and flair as well as measuring and reporting on campaign performance, managing the marketing executive, overseeing their objectives, mentoring and development.

The successful candidate will have solid marketing experience preferably within the education sector (although candidates with the relevant skills and experience from other areas may be considered) with a proven track record in print and digital marketing, brand experience would be a plus. You must have leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to organise and prioritise your own workload. You should be creative and able to produce fluent and persuasive copy with the ability to create innovative campaigns which respond to market trends and needs as appropriate and achieve great results.
