For this is hugely varied Publishing Assistant role, you will need to uber-organised, highly communicative, passionate about literary publishing, have a sharp eye and pen for copy and a smooth juggler of responsibilities and demands. You will be working closely with the Publishing Director, as well as the Editorial and Marketing staff, so a conscientious and flexible attitude is key. To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience in production, marketing, publicity, rights and contracts for Trade publishing; though other areas will be considered.
