Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with a proven track record in digital product development to work with the secondary education team, delivering projects on time and within scope and budget. Working closely with senior staff, the Digital Project Manager will oversee the management of multiple CD-ROM and online products, dealing with in-house stakeholders and external software developers and testers, as well as working closely with other members of the company’s Digital team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, with a confident but collaborative leadership style, capable of working with and influencing senior people. He/she will keep a high-level overview of all the projects for forecasting, planning and resource-balancing, while ensuring that detailed schedules for individual products are tracked and met. There will also be an opportunity to create, improve and roll out new processes for digital product creation. Experience of working in a schools publishing environment would be highly advantageous, and familiarity with content creation tools, such as Flash, Flex, Office suite and others would beneficial but not essential.
