Our client is a leading Children’s publisher and they are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their busy team on a permanent basis, based in their central London office.

As Digital Marketing Manager (Children’s), key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing digital campaigns for both new and backlist titles ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to
• Planning and analysis of all campaigns, sharing findings with colleagues and shaping future digital marketing strategy
• Developing and implementing social media strategy
• Keeping abreast of digital marketing techniques and developments
• Identifying and establishing effective marketing partnerships with agencies and third parties
• Creating, managing and developing content for websites, ensuring online communities grow
• Developing market understanding of the audience including close liaison with sales teams and key customers
• Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding campaigns

The successful candidate will have solid marketing experience with proven digital marketing experience in planning and running successful digital marketing campaigns including social media and community marketing techniques. You will have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of working with non digital marketers to produce integrated on and offline campaigns. You will thrive on producing innovative and creative digital campaigns, have excellent copywriting skills, a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Any experience of video production or editing with knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Quark or Illustrator would be desirable.
