Senior Vendor Manager Content – would you like to work in one of the fastest growing and most innovative businesses in book publishing? Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Vendor Manager Content to support their relationships with publishers. You will be equally as innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed with terrific experience and a highly professional way of relating to your client publishers.
The successful candidate will be:-
• Responsible for adding selection from new and existing publishing relationships
• Managing relationships with publishing partners and participating in negotiation or re-negotiation of agreements or contracts
• Working with publishing partners, contributing to the timely delivery of digital assets to ensure "in stock" on the first possible time and date where we have the rights to sell the product
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate substantial business development experience; excellent commercial acumen with a track record of successfully delivering quantifiable results; effective leadership experience added to exceptional organisational and communication skills. Experience within the publishing industry is preferred. This role is based in the company’s south east offices.
