Do you have extensive production knowledge and experience? Do you have team leading experience? Do you have a flair for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and do you have fluency in German? If so, there is an exciting a Senior Sales and Production Controller vacancy at a leading international production services company, based in East Oxfordshire.

As Senior Sales and Production Controller, you will be deputising the team manager and leading the team by example, providing a highly professional and proactive production service to your European clients. Duties will include: facilitating the smooth running of projects, including liaising between clients and suppliers, sending quotes to clients, following up enquires, advising on production issues for bespoke products whilst keeping with agreed budgets and schedules. To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate your commitment to customer care and relationship building, as well as being resourceful in exploring all potential opportunities for new business. You will have gained production experience in a book publishing or print environment, or you might have a publishing qualification, with extensive sales or customer service experience. You will be confident and friendly, with a high level of German fluency (degree or native), and have the ability to work under your own initiative.
