Independent Trade Publisher – Interim Finance Director

Assignment

A long-standing independent trade publisher faced an urgent requirement for an Interim Finance Director to guide the business through a period of significant transition. The successful candidate needed to step seamlessly into the role, quickly assess both the people and processes within the finance and operations teams, and provide steady leadership. As an organisation with charitable status, the Finance Director would also be expected to work closely with the trustees while ensuring full compliance with charity finance regulations and best practices

Solution
