Our client, a successful forward-thinking business, is looking for a Customer & Marketing Assistant to be the voice of customer services and provide support to a busy Marketing department.
You will report into the Head of Marketing and be involved in events, customer service, social media and book promotion. Key responsibilities include: key point of contact for customers, coordinating events, reporting and analysis for department and being involved in social media strategy.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a good amount of office administration experience including a confident telephone manner, good organisation and planning skills and a proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CMS systems and PowerPoint. This role requires excellent communication and attention to detail. This would be an ideal first job for a motivated individual with a good collaboration, analytical and organisational skills.
