We have an exciting opportunity for great team-player with sales ambitions looking for a career in publishing!

Our client, a small independent highly illustrated book publisher based in Central London are looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Administrator to assist the Managing Director. This role will focus heavily on supporting the Director in liaising with international publishers and special sales clients.

Key responsibilities include:
-Providing ad hoc support to the Director (arranging meetings, managing their diary, making travel arrangements)
-Liaising with national and international clients, suppliers, distributors, freelancers to ensure the sales process is running smoothly
-Building professional relationships with international businesses
-Dealing with customer queries
-Attending weekly sales meetings

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in the international book trade. They will be confident juggling multiple tasks and innovative problem solvers.
