Our client is a leading publisher of ELT products and are now looking to hire their new Head of European Sales. In this role you will report into the Global Sales Director and lead and manage ELT Sales operation and activities across Europe.

We are looking for an experience sales director who has ideally had experience and network within Educational or ELT publishing.

Key experience required:

·Significant experience within ELT or Educational sector
·Senior sales management
·Management of large teams in a matrix organisation
·Experience of management teams based globally
·Strategy setting and implementation
·Price setting and strategy across multiple regions
·Leadership of senior managers
·Risk assessment, analysis and mitigation
·Complainant, professional and ethical
·Collaborative
·P&L Responsible
·Excellent interpersonal skills, culture awareness and Stakeholder management
·Languages would also be beneficial though not a must!
