Do you have fantastic relationships building skills with experience in publishing sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a leading professional membership body, based in Central London.
In this role you will be responsible for managing agents and sales channels; maintaining and developing good relationships with key stakeholders; attending relevant book and sales conferences to meet customers; deal with sales proposals and work with the Publishing Sales Manager to formulate sales development strategies. You will also be responsible for creating regular reports, completing research analysis and working with the management team to set annual sales revenue targets.
The successful candidate should have excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills, with strong numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and communicate sales data. Experience of working within a Professional, Academic or STM publishing environment with an understanding of book publishing sales would be an advantage in applying for this role.
