Are you looking for a few weeks extra work? Our client, a trade publisher based in London, is looking for a Production Audit Executive to join a growing, ambitious and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to publishing diverse voices.

The role is looking for an immediate start, to work within Production Auditing - you will be responsible for sorting through production files, for live titles and cataloguing them, auditing internal files: working files (e.g. InDesign) and print ready PDFs along with auditing eBook files: ePub, Kindle, web optimised PDF, cover files, working files and print ready PDFs.

While working closely with the Brand Director, you will be required to provide status reports and to help with troubleshooting and looking for ways of improving the current system.

If you have the following skills and working knowledge of the below then we would love to hear from you:

  • Production experience, inc. print and eBook
  • Experience working with large spreadsheets and data sets
  • Confidence using Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
