Our client, a highly successful, innovative publisher of fiction and non-fiction books, based in the UK, is hiring a Publishing Director to run and grow a brand new imprint, which will be based in the Manchester office.

We are looking for someone who is truly innovative, entrepreneurial and excited by this opportunity to create a truly unique, commercially successful division from scratch. With an almost blank piece of paper, you will be commissioning regional authors and offering them a unique and authentic publishing contract run from the north of England but with the backing of a highly successful team and global business.

It is preferred that applicants are authentically connected and invested in the North of England amongst other regions across the UK.

  • Well networked with agents and authors
