Our client, a leading Educational publisher based in Central London is looking to recruit a Production Administrator to provide administrative support to the production team.

As a Production Administrator you will be provide data analysis and reporting information to the production department to support business critical decisions. Working with their production systems including Biblio 3, SAP, ADAM and internal filing systems, the Production Administrator will maintain accurate records for the department. You will need to be highly organised and very strong at administration as you will be the go to person in the Production department for many queries, and have responsibility for carrying out any necessary administration tasks as part of the book production process.

The successful candidate will be someone who is able to learn quickly, problem solve and maintain an organised desk. The ideal candidate for this role will come with some relevant office/administration experience, be systems driven, keen to learn and motivated with exceptional administrative and prioritisation skills. In addition, we are looking for a candidate with excellent computer literacy skills, with an advanced knowledge of Excel in particular.
