User Content Manager
Our client is an international exam board, offering graded and diploma qualifications to students in Music, Drama and English language and they have an exciting opportunity for a User Content Manager to be responsible for the creation and delivery of a professional suite of highly regarded support materials and content for their digital English language test. Our client have a London office and offer remote / flexible working.
Working closely with counterparts across the different departments, the role spans the development of video, text and interactive materials to be used by students and teachers across a global network of English language markets. Responsibilities include:
- Create a range of engaging teaching, learning, test preparation and product information materials
- Define the product proposition and delivery plan
- Work with business analysts and technical solution designers to ensure that the product support materials that users need are available when they need them, in the format they require
- Be accountable for ensuring the support materials are easily and intuitively accessible
- Coordinate the translation of materials into other languages
The ideal User Content Manager will have experience of producing innovative digital teaching and learning content / materials whilst an excellent understanding of the requirements of learners, teachers, examiners, parents and other relevant stakeholders in relation to assessment products. You will have excellent time and relationship management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication. Knowledge of LMS and instructional design tools will be important, as will be the ability to use video editing tools and the Adobe Professional suite. Exposure to education markets outside the UK will be beneficial, but not essential.
