2020 has taught us many things; two of our biggest lessons are the vital importance of doctors and how key it is to be able to engage with our networks and communities digitally.

With this in mind, we are so passionate to find the right person for this role of Member Engagement Manager for an online community for doctors and would love to hear from you if you think it could be you.

In this role you will be responsible for the provision of digital resources to a community of doctors with the aims of engaging more deeply with existing members and attracting new ones. You will be setting the member marketing strategy which will encompass attraction, retention and loyalty through a user-focussed and analytical approach. Through a dynamic combination of SEO, marketing new products & features, understanding user needs and knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing, your strategy will succeed in bringing doctors together and providing them with relevant information and resources.

We are looking for someone with an authentic passion for digital marketing and website engagement, knowledge of email marketing and HTML as well as SEO. Healthcare backgrounds are advantageous but not necessarily essential; if you have experience with digital community engagement for another profession then we would be really interested.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
