Our client is a world renowned international exam board, offering graded and diploma qualifications to students in Music, Drama and English language and they have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Content Producer to lead on the planning and management of a portfolio of high quality user-centric multimedia and multiplatform content for a varied, global audience. Our client has an office in central London, and this role would offer remote working, with flexibility for this person to visit the London office when possible.

The Senior Content Producer is a pivotal role, where they will be key in contributing to the organisation-wide content design and strategy. The main remit of the Senior Content Producer is to be responsible for managing the content pipeline, reportage and deployment of the production team in a project-based matrix environment. In addition to this, the Senior Content Producer will maintain their own portfolio of content projects, leading on the creation and management of an agreed programme of assets including video, interactive materials, training content, apps, classroom materials etc., in line with identified user needs and agreed proposition designs and to an agreed delivery schedule and budget. A key aspect of the role is to be the voice of the user, engendering a culture of user-centredness, working across the organisation to improve and maximise the quality of the customer value proposition and overall user experience in all products.

The ideal Senior Content Producer will have solid skills producing content (writing and editing text copy, basic editing for video, and image manipulation) as well as excellent experience of content pipeline management. They will also have a track record of taking a user-centric and evidence-based approach to content development. A thorough understanding of the current educational landscape, and knowledge of how best to deliver learning through digital technologies, as well as knowledge of education markets outside the UK, would be really valuable but not essential.
