Do you have experience in shipping, supply chains and knowledge of Incoterms? A leading publisher of high quality illustrated books, based in Central London, is looking to appoint a Fulfilment and Shipping Controller to work along side the Production, Co-editions, Rights and Operations teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in publishing and demonstrate the abilities to manage schedules, fright suppliers and logistic partners. The role would require solid negotiation skills, along with the ability to problem -solve and think quickly on their feet.

Your day to day responsibilities would require assessing and responding to shipping enquires, and coordinating fright booking times of arrival, administering stock transfer deliveries globally and checking invoices and payments.

If you are super organised, great at juggling schedules from all over the world, good at communicating with international customers, proficient in Excel, and able to understand supply chain logistics, this role is for you!
