Temp Conference Administrator
Do you have some admin experience with bookings and events planning, and are available immediately? We have a lovely temporary vacancy in the Events team of a scientific charity, which is likely to run through January!
As a Conference Administrator, you will provide support with venues and hotel bookings, booking enquiries, inbox management, management of the conference calendar simple data entry and invoicing. The offices are in London, but the role offers hybrid working after a brief in-person training period.
We are looking for:
- Strong admin/customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills with customers, both oral and written
- Some knowledge of booking systems (though not essential)
- Availability to start immediately
