We have an amazing new role for someone looking to bring their social media expertise and creativity to a fast-growing publishing company. Our client is an amazing and very successful publisher of scientific content and news based in Bath, and they are now hiring for a Social Media Manager!

This role will suit someone with experience managing social media channels for corporate clients, and who will be excited at the prospect of working with international brands, and develop communities across multiple platforms. This could be the perfect opportunity to step up into a Manager role and show off all your skills!

They can offer hybrid working arrangements but ideally they'd like someone in the office 1-2 days a week.

The Social Media Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the company's social media platforms and growing engagement across key channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter)
  • Putting together original campaigns through organic and paid channels
  • Measuring performance of social media campaigns and providing regular reports
  • Growing networks across social media channels to ensure all the brilliant content they publish reaches as many people in the scientific community as possible

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of how to design and implement social media campaigns for corporate channels, and how to convert audiences to web traffic. You will ideally come from a professional / B2B background and have solid examples of social media management and audience growth.
