Head of Sales (EdTech)
Do you have the drive & experience to close deals with large education organisations as well as the management skills to get the most out of a talented and passionate new business team? If so, then we have an exciting new role for you of Head of Sales with a leading EdTech company. As Head of Sales, you will report to the Sales & Marketing director. Key responsibilities will include (amongst others):
- close deals at a senior level with large education authorities
- drive new business sales, by leading the new business team
- manage sales & account management staff across the business
The ideal Head of Sales will have solid experience of managing sales teams, and of selling to large organisations as well as possess data-driven approaches to sales & marketing management. Sales experience in the EdTech or education space, ie. selling to schools, local authorities or MATs would be highly beneficial, as would experience of selling a SaaS product, but is not essential. Insight into digital marketing and the use of data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness would also be advantageous.
