Sales Development Representative

We have a brilliant role for a Sales Development Representative to join a leading professional membership body in the engineering sector; this will be a hybrid role working partly from home, and partly from the client's offices in Central London. Our client offers a generous commission structure in addition to a basic salary.
The Sales Development Representative is the driving force behind the early sales process. As the first point of contact, this role will be crucial in building interest in their offerings, engaging prospects through strategic outreach, and qualifying leads for their sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads to drive the early stages of the sales process.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects.
- Build interest in the company's offerings through strategic communication.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead information.
- Proactively contribute to pipeline growth and overall sales success.
Experience required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
