Operations Assistant

Are you looking to break into the audiobook industry? Our client, a leading audio company based in the East Midlands, is offering an incredible opportunity to join their dynamic Operations team! What You'll Do:
 
·Be at the heart of audiobook production, supporting studios, casting, and artwork.
·Manage purchase orders, invoices, and data administration.
·Work closely with narrators, editors, and designers to bring audiobooks to life.
·Help ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of audio content.
·Collaborate with international teams to support audiobook releases worldwide.
 
 
What our client is looking For:
 
·Passion for publishing, media, or production.
·Highly organised with great attention to detail.
·Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus!).
·Bonus: SAP experience or additional language skills (French/German).
 
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working two days in the Leicestershire office and up to three days remotely.
