We have a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong interest in brand and communications to join a leading professional membership body as Brand and Communications Assistant. We are looking for a passionate, creative and driven individual to join the team - you will be the first point of contact for the brand team, providing essential administrative support and enabling the effective delivery of various projects and campaigns. This will be a hybrid role, in the office in London two days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and three days working from home.
 
Key Responsibilities include:
 
·Act as the first point of contact for brand and communications
·Coordinate and manage creative briefs, ensuring consistent application of the brand
·Collaborate with the team to manage membership and corporate communications channels.
·Develop and maintain the image library, arranging photography and using impactful imagery
·Proofread, sub-edit, and summarise copy for websites, social media, and newsletters.
·Support the development and implementation of a message bank.
·Support administration activities across the team including meeting schedules and finance compliance.
·Monitor and present data on brand performance and communications.
·Provide event management support and develop a digital filing system.
·Assist and deputize for brand and communications executives.
 
Essential Skills and Experience:
 
·Excellent communication skills, with experience in proof-reading and editing.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
·Ability to create engaging copy and visual communications.
·Collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
·Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 
Any experience in brand management, a knowledge of databases and the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage but is not essential. If you are ready to bring your expertise to a vibrant team and contribute to impactful brand and communications initiatives, we would love to hear from you!
