Commercial Director - 12 month FTC

Our client, a leading not-for-profit supporting the publishing industry, is looking for an Interim Commercial Director for an initial 12 month period. In this role you will be responsible for a team of around 45 across sales and marketing and be ultimately responsible for the revenue development and generation of the business. Your previous experience in leading commercial teams will tell you that in order to perform well, your teams need to feel confident, engaged and empowered and, as such, you'll build, nurture and foster a positive working environment for all.
 
For this role, we are looking for someone with leadership experience from a content or IP led business, with strong knowledge of licensing and a successful track record in driving revenue. Understanding of how AI is effecting this landscape will be key as will being able to demonstrate your openness and curiosity in the subject.
