Sales Manager

Sales and Operations Manager | Independent Publisher | Full-time
 
We're excited to be working with a leading independent publisher to recruit a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a broad and dynamic role, shaping sales performance and ensuring smooth operational delivery across a creative publishing list. The role is based in London and requires office attendance twice per week.
 
Reporting to senior leadership, you'll play a key part in:
 
·Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners and retailers
·Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
·Overseeing stock management, distribution and supply chain processes
·Managing digital sales channels and maintaining accurate metadata
·Contributing to sales strategy, forecasting and acquisitions discussions
·Supporting continuous improvement across operational workflows
 
About You
 
·Proven experience in trade publishing sales and/or operations
·Strong commercial awareness and data-led decision making
·Excellent communication and relationship management skills
·Highly organised with strong attention to detail
·Confident working collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment
