Global Assessment Operations Director

We are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the English language assessment sector as they embark on a major phase of growth and transformation. They are now seeking a Global Assessment Operations Director, a senior leader who can drive operational excellence across a complex, international operation and help shape a futurefocused assessment portfolio. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as hybrid working, requiring 2 days per week in the company's Oxford office.
 
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full operational lifecycle of a global testing business, ensuring processes are efficient, secure, and capable of supporting expansion into new regions. You will champion continuous improvement, embed automation and AIdriven efficiencies, and build consistent global standards that enable highstakes assessment delivery at scale.
 
Working with senior leaders across product, technology, commercial and research teams, you will ensure that operational strategy aligns with wider business goals. You will also lead a highperforming team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
 
We are looking for candidates with:
·Significant experience running global operations within digital assessment or related fields
·A strong track record in largescale digital and AIdriven transformation
·Expertise in multiregional operations, test security, and quality assurance
·Proven leadership of large teams and complex stakeholder groups
