Are you a commercially minded product marketer who loves shaping how digital learning products win in the market? I'm partnering with a global learning business and educational publisher (higher education / EdTech) to hire an Associate Director of Product Marketing. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid working (requiring 3 days per week in the London office), a competitive salary and excellent benefits and bonus.

In this senior role you'll lead a small team of product marketers (two direct reports) and set the product marketing strategy across key portfolios. You'll own end-to-end go-to-market: positioning, messaging, launch planning and optimisation, working closely with global Sales, Product and Marketing teams. A big focus is driving growth for an international education / K-12 product portfolio, alongside oversight of a flagship digital learning platform. You'll bring sharp market and customer insight, build competitive intelligence, and use data to set clear priorities that support growth from early interest through to sales. Expect cross-functional leadership, sales enablement, and close collaboration with US-based colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have proven product marketing experience within education, publishing, EdTech or a related sector, and a track record of delivering commercial results. You'll be confident coaching and leading others, influencing senior stakeholders, and experimenting with modern marketing approaches (including AI and automation). Strong analytical skills, crisp storytelling and a customer-first mindset are essential. You'll also represent the function at key industry events and webinars.

If this sounds like you, and you're eager to learn more about this exciting new opportunity, please get in touch.
