New Business Sales Executive

Do you have fantastic new business sales skills and a hunter style sales mentality? We have a brilliant role for a New Business Executive to join a leading professional membership body in the engineering sector; this will be a hybrid role working partly from home, and partly from the client's offices in Central London. Our client offers a generous commission structure in addition to a basic salary.
 
This role will be driven by engaging new prospects, and key responsibilities will include:
 
·Understand prospects' needs and uncover opportunities through active listening and relevant questioning
·Research potential clients and industries to tailor outreach and qualify multiple leads based on specific criteria
·Utilise CRM platforms and digital outreach tools such as LinkedIn to track and manage outreach efforts
·Adapt outreach approaches based on feedback or changing market dynamics.
·Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and achieve success.
 
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in lead generation, new business, prospecting, or a similar customer-facing role. You will approach sales with a hunter mentality, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets for outreach, lead qualification, or pipeline development. Experience in using CRM systems is essential as well as a proactive and goal-orientated approach with superb interpersonal and communication skills.
