We are delighted to be partnering with a globally respected education organisation to appoint a Marketing Manager, Brand and Campaigns. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a real impact and offers hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in the Oxford office) and excellent benefits.

This high-impact, international role within English language assessment, is responsible for shaping brand strategy and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for globally recognised assessment products. The focus is on driving brand awareness, preference and adoption across institutions, language schools and international markets.

Working closely with product, sales, research and recognition teams, you will take a data-led approach to planning and execution, ensuring clear market positioning and strong go-to-market delivery. You will lead the full lifecycle of global campaigns, from insight and concept through to execution, optimisation and reporting, while supporting localisation across priority regions.
You will own brand strategy and messaging, ensure consistency across all channels and materials, and develop compelling content and sales enablement assets that support recognition and growth. Collaboration is central to the role, including close partnership with regional offices, creative agencies and key internal stakeholders.

We are keen to speak with experienced brand marketers who bring strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management skills and experience delivering multi-channel campaigns. Backgrounds in education, assessment, edtech or related international sectors are particularly well suited, although broader brand marketing experience will also be considered.

If you are looking for a global, purpose-led brand role with real reach and impact, we would love to hear from you.
