My name's Kate and I am the Researcher for our Executive Search division, I work alongside Abigail Barclay, Search Director on the research and headhunting for all Executive Level and C-Suite Recruitment across the Academic, Education, Professional and Trade sectors within Publishing.
As well as supporting with Research assignments, I also support the Inspired Leadership Team with other internal projects, manage our social media channels, and coordinate our internal training programme ‘The Inspired Academy’.
Inspiration can come from the most unlikely of places! The world around us offers us an endless supply of inspiration and I am most inspired when travelling, exploring, learning, and meeting others! I also love being creative, finding new inspiration and seeing where ideas can lead!
