As the Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and support to our clients valued customers, including public libraries and schools, as well as their users. With your professional and enthusiastic approach, you'll provide expert assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for their clients. Located in our clients Berkshire office, you'll report directly to the Customer Services Manager, spearheading various responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to address both technical and non-technical inquiries about all digital solutions, eBook and eAudiobook content.
  • Delivering exceptional support to app users on a daily basis, providing high-quality assistance via email and phone.
  • Following tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
  • Responding to invoice and financial queries, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assisting the senior team with occasional office duties, contributing to the smooth operation of our organisation.
  • Undertaking office administration tasks, ensuring efficient processes.

The ideal candidate for this position brings a wealth of experience in customer service, client support, or account management, highlighting their exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. They will possess strong organisational skills, allowing them to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel enables them to navigate data and generate insightful reports. Whilst having the confidence with working with devices and discussing technology to address customer inquiries.
