We have a brilliant role for a Product Manager to join a highly prestigious Academic and Professional publisher responsible for delivering and maintaining all their online products, currently going through a migration onto a new platform. The Product Manager will ensure that all products meet the demands of their professional market and end-users. This role will be based in London working on a hybrid working pattern working in the office on a Wednesday and Thursday.

Must haves:

We are seeking candidates with extensive experience of digital product management and a strong record of delivering successful digital products, along with a solid understanding of project management and software development processes. Experience within a professional publishing environment is essential as this will largely be working on legal and tax accountancy products. You will have great commercial business sense, with the ability to lead and influence in order to drive successful delivery of projects.

About you

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to prioritise well and problem solve are key for this role. You will also have a brilliant eye for detail and strong analytical skills. Any experience working with XML, HTML, CMS and CSS would also be an advantage.

The Role:

Working within the Product Innovation team, the Product Manager will work closely with the Editorial and Commercial leads to provide new strategy and development plans for products and collaborate well with other departments across the business such as marketing and content, sales and customer service. This role will work extensively across product development, product management, content management and strategic planning.
