Head of Learning Content

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Head of Learning Content to join an innovative, highly successful and fast-growing EdTech company focused on English language learning. As Head of Learning Content you will be working amongst a supportive and inclusive team with a rewarding mission where your main remit will be to spearhead the company's content development and educational strategies. You will leverage your understanding of pedagogy, in the context of digital platforms and English language learning, as well as expertise in data structures and AI-driven educational methodologies, to design and implement innovative learning strategies, enhance user engagement, and incorporate AI and NLP technologies. Within your remit you will:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and educational resources for English learning
• Manage a small, expert team
• Collaborate with the product development and data science teams
• Conduct assessments and data analysis to evaluate effectiveness of learning materials
• Stay abreast of the key trends in EdTech, pedagogy, and AI / NLP applications
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events as required

The ideal Head of Learning Content will be someone with experience in educational content development, with a focus on digital learning environments and AI / NLP applications. You will have knowledge of pedagogical theories and practices, particularly related to language learning and technology-enhanced education. Alongside people management experience you'll have the ability to motivate and direct a creative and technically skilled team. Project management skills, and proficiency with digital learning platforms, AI technologies, and data analytics tools will also be valuable.
