Andrew James (he/him) has worked in publishing for over 15 years and is currently Publishing Director at Facet Publishing. He is also Founder of Frog Literary Agency - a literary agency dedicated to solely representing LGBTQIA+ writers - and was previously co-Chair of the Hachette Pride Employee Network.
Hamza Jahanzeb is a publishing consultant, and leading voice in criticism. He is Founder & CEO of hamzajahanzeb.co.uk, where he reviews theatre and comments on the Publishing industry, most recently on the threat and uses of AI in the business. Hamza has lived in Beijing, Prague and London, possessing a rolodex of over 1,000 publishing Sensitivity Readers built over a near-decade experience, whose work created better books for clients.
A dedicated advocate for inclusivity (hashtag#BookJobTransparency), Hamza’s a notable force for good within the industry, having been awarded The Bookseller Rising Star of 2020. He traverses the worlds of new aspirant publishers as well as working with Executive Teams (CEO, MDs) with ease.
He serves as a Director and Board Member of the Postal Museum in Farringdon. His first book The Rise and Rise of Chappell Roan is published by Hachette UK and Hachette Book Group (US) in September 2025.
