Today, we are delighted to launch Inspired Executive Coaching: a new service designed to help people across publishing and the creative industries grow with confidence, lead with purpose and navigate change.

Careers rarely follow a straight line. They unfold through new chapters, taking on greater responsibility, building a team, stepping into senior leadership, returning to work or deciding what comes next. At each stage, the right coaching conversation can create space to reflect, see challenges differently and turn insight into meaningful action.

That is why we have brought together a curated collective of fully qualified and certified coaches. Every coach holds an ICF or EMCC-recognised qualification and combines professional coaching expertise with an understanding of leadership and the distinctive pressures, pace and creativity of our industry.

A personal approach, with practical outcomes

No two people, or publishing careers, are the same. Each programme begins with the individual: their ambitions, circumstances and challenges. We then help identify the right coach, backed by a coach-match guarantee.

Sessions offer a confidential, thoughtful and empowering space. Our coaches listen deeply, ask purposeful questions and help people uncover their own way forward. The result is practical progress supported by strategies and insights that can be applied beyond the coaching room.

Growing opportunity across our industry

Opening up access to professional coaching is an important part of our approach. We will direct 10% from all coaching sold into the Inspired Coaching Fund, creating funded coaching opportunities for people from underrepresented backgrounds who might not otherwise be able to access this kind of support.

The fund is expected to open for applications in early 2027. As more coaching is commissioned, the fund will grow, meaning every organisation or individual who works with Inspired Executive Coaching will also help extend the benefits of coaching to emerging talent and future leaders across publishing and the wider creative industries.
