I'm Managing Director of Inspired Selection and have had the pleasure of being part of the Inspired team since 2009. I also spent a few years at Oxford University Press, giving me experience on both sides of the hiring process whilst expanding my knowledge of the international publishing space. I'm also Level 7 CIPD qualified in Strategic People Management, further strengthening my understanding of how organisations attract, develop and retain great talent.
Over the years, I've built strong relationships across publishing generally, and Education and EdTech more specifically, helping companies and individuals before, during and beyond the hiring process. Today, in collaboration with other members of the leadership team, I lead the day-to-day running and management of Inspired Selection, our contingency recruitment business encompassing Permanent, Interim and Temporary solutions, while continuing to work closely with clients and candidates across the various publishing sectors.
I believe the best partnerships are built on trust, honesty and taking the time to understand what really matters to people. That's an approach I look to bring to my leadership and everyday work. For me, the most rewarding part of the job is building relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
